20 September 1798 in Tintwistle Independent. Described as a spinner
and manufacturer of Carr Hill on Frederick's baptism record. 1851
census, aged 52 at 34 Carr Hill, Cotton spinner & manufacturer
born Stayley Wood. He and his wife Sarah Ann had ten children:

Dukinfield. She married John Kershaw, born about 1807, son of John
Kershaw and Nanny Slack (see The Kershaw family of Hurst and Whitfield) on 27 July
1831 in St. Chad's Church, Rochdale.

Hyde Buckley was baptised on 18 January 1827 in Ashton under Lyne. In
the 1851 census he was aged 24 at 35 Carr Hill, cotton spinner &
manufacturer born Carr Hill. He and his wife Sarah, born about 1828
in Saddleworth, had two children:
Charles Buckley, born about 1850 in Saddleworth.
Seel Buckley, born about 1851 in Saddleworth.
Buckley was baptised on 18 September 1833 in Ashton under Lyne. In
the 1851 census he was aged 17 at 34 Carr Hill, Cotton spinner &
manufacturer born Saddleworth. In the 1861 census at 5 Hurst Road age
28. He worked Hurst Mill after John Kershaw died. He and his wife
Hannah, born about 1834 in Saddleworth, had two daughters: Harriet
and Florence Buckley.
