Capper, Peter, Pioneer, 113237, Royal Engineers

Enlisted London, 18th August 1915, understating his age as 42 years and 8 months old, and his occupation as labourer. Gave his next of kin as his wife Isabella of 28, Chapel Street, Glossop, Derbyshire.
Discharged as no longer physically fit for war service on the 1st July 1916 having never served abroad.

He was buried in Glossop Cemetery, 6th May 1919, aged 56
